We like to think that you'll never need support for our earth-friendly email service given its simplicity and built in help system; but we understand from time to time you may need assistance, or perhaps an issue on our end may cause you problems.

There's some things that you can do that can greatly expedite the troubleshooting and resolution process.
Have you checked the inbuilt help system?
The help system included in your account interface is quite comprehensive, we suggest you give that a try first.
Have you tried our FAQ?
As our service evolves, no doubt the same sorts of questions will be asked - that's why we have an FAQ in place that may help you resolve the problem you are experiencing.
When submitting a support request..
Email address
Remember to state which email address is affected.
Duration of issue
How long has it been since you became aware of the problem? This information can help us track back through various changes made to the system that may have affected you..
Did you change anything immediately prior to noticing the problem?
User error is a common culprit, but that's OK - we're all human :). Even if you think that a change you made may not have caused the problem, be sure to mention it - you may be surprised :).
Cutting through the jargon
We want you to be able to understand the support/advice we provide - we promise to refrain from technobabble wherever possible. In instances where we do use technical terminology and you're not clear on what we mean; please ask for clarification.

If you're having problems with explaining an issue, perhaps taking a screen shot of the problem may help, but please keep them below 50kb file size
Multiple posts on the same issue
Please do not engage in multiple emails asking the same question in relation to the same incident. Our green email service is free and while we will attempt to answer any request as quickly as possible, there is no guaranteed time frame. If you haven't had a response within 2 working days, a gentle tap on the shoulder is fine.
Keep it friendly
We appreciate that at times, issues can cause you frustration. Don't take it out on us - remember, this is a free service :). We'll do our best to help, be assured of that, but being impolite will only get you the cold shoulder - life's too short :).
